Franck Boclet, French Artistic Director,
Ludovic Perrin, expert in development, manufacturing and distribution in the perfume industry,
They have joined forces to create the perfumes and a collection of clothing, on sale internationally, online and in the boutique at 90 rue de Grenelle 75007 Paris.
The name of the company is Fragrance Collection.
Where are the perfumes made
Franck Boclet perfumes are created and manufactured within our company at the Parc de la Radio in Dreux. We guarantee the quality of the raw materials.
Our fragrances meet all independent laboratory tests, evaluated by a certified pharmacist-biologist, and comply with European regulations.
How to place an order
When you arrive on the product sheet, you can place an order by clicking on add to cart after having selected the quantity and size for textile, as well as the quantity for perfumes. The basket is then displayed at the bottom of your screen.
After each added item, you have the possibility to continue shopping or to click on the shopping cart icon. As soon as you wish, you can have access to a summary of your basket indicating the items in the order, the total amount of the products to be paid for the order with the name of the products and the thumbnail photo.
How long does it take for my order to be shipped
The preparation of your order will be carried out within an average of 3 days.
The expedition will be made via Colissimo.
You will receive an email informing you of the shipment of your order. The invoice of your order will also be sent by email. We recommend that you keep/print it.
What are the delivery rates
Please note that only customers from European Union countries can place an order and pay on the site.
How to return a product
You have a cooling-off period of fourteen (14) working days from the day of receipt of the product to return the product ordered that you are not satisfied with.
The product(s) must imperatively be returned complete, new and unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging, accompanied by the withdrawal form or an unambiguous statement indicating your decision to withdraw.
In the case of a lack of conformity of the product, or an exchange (change of size for example), the package must be returned by Colissimo with the return slip. If necessary, it is strongly recommended that the package be sent by a tracked delivery service requiring a signature upon receipt.
The costs of returning the products are at your expense except in case of lack of conformity of the products delivered in relation to the order, or in case of exchange (in these cases, the return costs will be borne by the seller).

Are the payments secure?
The payment is completely secure thanks to the online payment system via PayPal. Your banking data circulate on the Internet only in encrypted form, i.e. they are encoded in such a way as to make them totally unreadable.
How can I get a refund
We will refund the full price of the products within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the products accompanied by their declaration of withdrawal provided that the products are not damaged or used, and in compliance with the general conditions of sale.
Refunds will only be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. A notification email will be sent to you once the refund has been processed.
